If a photo came out wrong

Tell us which estimate it was, and if you can, send the photo. The most common causes are a tilted cross-section photo, no quarter in frame, harsh shadows, or an ear that is damaged or only partly filled. Retaking the photo square-on in even light fixes most of them.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. An account is only needed to back up your estimates so they survive a lost or replaced phone.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Everything is computed and stored on the phone. Only backup and sign-in need a connection.
